1. Order Processing

– Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
– Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

– Fresh Juice Blends ships worldwide.
– We use reputable carriers and will provide a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

– Free standard shipping is offered for orders over [insert threshold] to most destinations.
– For orders below the threshold, shipping charges apply at checkout.
– Estimated delivery times (from dispatch)  is typically 7–21 business days (depending on destination)
– Please note: delivery estimates do not include custom clearance, local postal delays, or other unforeseen factors.

4. Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders, you (the customer) are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. Fresh Juice Blends is not liable for these charges.

5. Address Changes

Please provide a correct and complete shipping address. If you need to change the address after dispatch, please contact us immediately. Additional fees may apply.

6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Goods

– If your tracking shows the order delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days for assistance.
– If items arrive damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 3 days to file a claim.
– Fresh Juice Blends is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

7. Custom Orders, Pre-orders & Backorders

If you purchase a custom, pre-order or back-ordered item, we will provide an estimated dispatch date. These items may take longer to ship and shipping charges may vary accordingly.
