Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

– Please be sure of your purchase at checkout, as we do not offer refunds or returns on unwanted products once purchased. 
–  We will review refunds for damage items on delivery or missing items on delivery

2. How to Return

– Contact us at freshjuiceblends.store@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and photos.
– We will provide you with return instructions and address.
– You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
– Please retain proof of shipping as we cannot refund returns lost in transit.

3. Inspection & Refunds

– Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of acceptance or rejection of the return.
– If accepted, refund will be made to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer automatic exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for refund (as above) and then place a new order.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days. We will review your claim and may send a replacement or issue a refund (including shipping) as appropriate.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your payment provider account, bank’s pending transactions, and then contact us if needed.
